RETURNS

QUEENIEKE will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition for a full refund. 

Your return must be received within 7 days from the date you received your package.

All sale items are final and not eligible for a return.

To process a return, please follow the following steps:

STEP 1

Please email info@queenieke.com and include your email, Invoice number and reason for your return, as well as any feedback for us.

STEP 2

We will send you a return request via email which will include a shipping label.

STEP 3

Print and attach the return label to your original shipping box.

STEP 4

Seal your package and send it to us.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund for the items that you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.

 

Exchanges

We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
